In the event you receive your purchase and have had a change of heart, you have 7 days from receipt of goods to request a full refund. You would simply be required to get in contact with us requesting your refund and we would happily arrange a refund your full sum of the product. However please be aware that the refunded fee will have the deducted from the final sum refunded.

Either a replacement part or a new item will be sent to you and we will arrange collection of the damaged product if necessary. Please note that damages are rare due to the care taken in the packaging and transit of our goods.

Lead times vary according to the products you choose, however, we endeavour to get your item to you as soon as possible and will contact you via phone or email if we are expecting the item to take longer.
